Boo-Hoo: Landlord Jim's

I came across this little piece of info in today's print CityBeat:
Visual Graffiti Thursday Jan 11. This will be
the last Visual Graffiti because Landlord Jim's will
soon be closing its doors.

WHAT!?! Anyone know what's up? Building sold? Gonna miss the paper bag tallboys...

    i won't miss that place- and i live two blocks away. i know it was "family owned". someone probably sold the building or something.

    I've had some epic times at landlord's, peanut butter wolf was cool.
