San Diego FIres: Reverse 911 Mistake

Maurice Luque from SDFD just announced that the evacuations South of the 56 in the Carmel Valley/Del Mar are VOLUNTARY. The calls to people south of the 56 were a mistake and he will make sure those are corrected.
