Things To Do In San Diego: March 12, 2014

It's been an awesome week. The weather was so awesome that we had our first beach afternoon of the year and bumped into a lot of friends who seemed to have the same idea. The North Park Theatre is coming right along and we're getting all situated and building the pieces that can most effectively get the word out to all of you. Yesterday we took the girls back to Sea World as Darren and I debate plausible conspiracy theories, like what if Sea World is actually behind the Orca ban, and wants to lose so then they can get sympathy from San Diego and get coastal and CEQA exemptions and maintain their incredibly low lease rate but build a full fledged theme park and just give up on cetaceans and other marine life altogether? I mean, if you look at the HIDEOUS new entrance that will look aged in 3 years, with the horrifically slow fingerprint recognition entry, it seems like a miserable place for the animals and the humans when the busy season kicks in, so why not just turn it into Magic Mountain or Disneyland or something?
