Things To Do In San Diego: January 28-31, 2013,

What a weekend. I'm gonna just glaze over Friday's Quicksand show other than thanking Christy and Brian and Robin and Darren for taking care of me. There are no words for my gratitude. Saturday and Sunday were relatively normal though I have to say that last night was pretty amazing with some family time, then time with Darren that included a jaunt to Coronado to try and play late night tennis (too late), Ken Stringfellow at Soda Bar, ping pong at Triple Crown, an almost full-moon 2 am bike ride, and a dog walk which is a nice way to clear your brain before a Monday. There are some great shows this week...Kristian has a post coming about Niki and The Dove, Geographer is sold out, and Thursday has some pretty great options.
