Things To Do In San Diego: Friday, July 31-Sunday, August 2, 2015

My vacation is coming to a close and it has been a great week in Hercules and the surrounding area, but as we all know, there's no place like home. I can't wait to see Ficus and Kiwi and am so grateful to Sean and Elliott for taking care of them. I wish the drive wasn't so long, because I'd love to be home in time for the rad show at the Casbah tonight, which was a last minute scramble due to Lucy's Fur Coat's sudden cancellation earlier this week. I will be around for tomorrow's show however, and that one is a great lineup, too. I'll also say for the record that I tried to have an open mind about a Bay Area taqueria, but they ain't got nothing on San Diego's tacos and burritos.
