Things To Do In San Diego: Monday, June 13-Thursday, June 16, 2016

Sometimes, there is great joy in nothing. On Friday, Nova had a slumber party, so it was a fun date night with Darren that started at The Hideout, took us to West Coast Tavern, and then we hung out at the Casbah for Islands, Ted Leo, and Honus Honus. And then Saturday, I did nothing. I hung around the house, watched movies, and I didn't work. I took the whole day off. And it was awesome. Of course, in exchange, that meant I worked all day Sunday while Darren and Nova went to Aquatica, but it was a nice quiet day before I went to an amazing seven course media dinner at Pardon My French, which took over the space on Park formerly occupied by Heat. The food and wine was amazing and it left me a little behind in work, but I guess I'll have to catch up on Monday. This week is mostly chill and then next weekend is INSANE, so plan accordingly.
