The end of the year tends to get me all sentimental and introspective, so I'll spare the gushing post, but I just wanted to take a second to thank everyone who takes the time to visit this site regularly, to all the bands who made 2008 an incredible year for music in San Diego, to all the venues that have been so generous (specifically Casbah, Belly Up, Beauty Bar, U-31, and Ruby Room), and to all the contributors that have been kind enough to share their experiences around San Diego (and in Ray's case, his world tour with The Killers). I'm looking forward to a bright new year and hope everyone has a lovely and safe New Year's Eve.
