Tuesday Night: Sundress at Soda Bar

There's a band from Denton, Texas, coming to San Diego this week and I have a small suspicion that Cullen sent them my way, so I thought I'd repost. Catch them at Soda Bar on Tuesday night.
From the press release:

Sundress is an American Psychedelic-Pop band, formed in 2010 by principle members Ryan McAdams, bassist Drew McCary and guitarist Kennon Talley. After several name and line up changes, the band added keyboardist Jim Harrington and drummer Derek Kocich to round out its current lineup. Sundress' brand of ethereal dream-pop marries many influences ranging from Pink Floyd and The Beatles to Slowdive and Sparklehorse.

Sundress have self-released two EPs (Fever - 2010; Sundress - 2011) that led to enthusiastic praise from the likes of the Dallas Observer, Consequence of Sound, I Guess I'm Floating, Rawkblog, You Ain't No Picasso, Knox Road, Austin Town Hall, and more. Since their inception the band has played almost every major festival in Texas (SXSW, Nx35 Conferette) to supporting the likes of Tame Impala, Pains of Being Pure At Heart, Washed Out, Stardeath and White Dwarfs, and Ringo Deathstar
