I've never been very good with sharing new music with readers, mostly because space has been more devoted to listings and live shows, but hopefully we'll have more space soon. In the meantime, I received this CD about a week ago and I cannot stop listening to it.
The band is called Monahans. Out of Austin, their sophomore album was released today. From the press release:
