Things To Do In San Diego: May 17, 2010

Thanks to everyone who came out to the North Park Festival of Arts. It was a blast being a stage producer and gives me that much more experience, a "résumé builder" as the unemployed and never paid like to call it. There is so much to look forward to this week...Broken Bells kick off their tour in San Diego- also kicking off the Humphrey's By The Bay concert season- and of course there are a ton of shows this week that should satisfy any musical tastes. You also know I dip my toes in the waters of Sounddiego.com, so we have a party on Thursday at Quality Social that will be worth your while. Info here. Then this weekend...shit, I can't even get into it now...with The Shout Out Louds, OK Go, Freelance Whales and Earl Greyhound at a House of Blues matinee show, then Frightened Rabbit (sold out) at the Casbah, and the National at Spreckels. Holy cow. I shall never sleep.
