Mental Health America Recommendations On How To Cope In These Challenging Times:
Talk about it
Spend time with family and friends
Take care of yourself
Eat properly
Do things you enjoy (take a walk, read a book, etc.)
Avoid drugs and excessive drinking
I know these recommendations are serious, but when I heard the newscaster say, "Read a book, and don't do drugs!" it just kinda made me laugh.
