Bill Richardson, the Governor of New Mexico, just donated $10,000 of his own money for fire relief. (Not a presidential campaign move, right?)
Anyway, there are enough supplies and volunteers for the remainder of the night at Qualcomm Stadium. The city is requesting a halt on deliveries as it is now just snarling traffic and causing delays for people actually trying to get help and services.
At this point in the day, the best thing you can do is stay home and stay off the roads.
