Things To Do In San Diego: July 8-10, 2011

It's 3 am and I'm sitting at a desk in a hotel room at Harrah's Rincon Casino trying to be as quiet as possible save for the tapping of the keys. My dad got us a room so we could stay up here to hang out and get back to the Safari Park tomorrow for the last day of ABC Camp. Only problem was I didn't know if we were staying or going home until about 9pm...had the decision been made sooner, I probably would be sound asleep right now. Anyway, if you've ever thought of a "staycation", I have to say the pool, hot tub, the bars, and the spa are all really nice up here if you can get over the "casino people"...and you know exactly what I'm talking about so don't call me judgmental...I mean, I kinda come from a family of "casino people" so take it as you will. I might even come back next week to see Lionel Richie with my mom. This weekend is going to be a great one for music and it looks like the temperature might drop and be a bit more bearable in all of our non-air conditioned homes and bars, so get out and see some bands.
