KPRI had another harbor cruise this week featuring Matt Hires, a 23 year old singer-songwriter from Tampa, Florida. Having received his album a few weeks back, I was a huge fan from the very first listen and anyone who opens their set with my baby song, "You Are My Sunshine" pretty much wins me over instantly. I recorded the whole set to share and hope that you check out Matt's record, "Take Us To The Start", which was released on iTunes a couple weeks ago and will be in stores next Tuesday, August 25. It's already charting well on iTunes and I imagine the numbers will continue to grow as he moves from AAA radio and Pandora to AC stations. I absolutely loved the show and hope you enjoy the footage. YouTube kept failing me, so hopefully the videos all work properly now.
