Why is Blogger faster than the San Diego Emergency Services website???

Spring Valley Near Pointe Parkway
(I deleted the Mira Mesa evacuation because I was told that it was the same evac as last night.)
I realize I never addressed my Chertoff comment but I really don't want to see a talking head telling how much he's helped San Diego when has yet to arrive here. If it was not for the local governmental cooperation and the amazing community support, we could be facing a very different situation in San Diego. No thanks, Mr. Chertoff.

As far as I can tell the scripps ranch evacuations they're talking about on the news are the same as yesterday. South of Scripps Poway Parkway, North of MCAS, between I-15 and Highway 67.
There have been no reports of fire in that area that I've heard.
