Get Some Culture In Your Life

I have to admit that I've become quite addicted to the interactive environment and the non-repeating music list that they've got over at X1Fm.com. Yesterday the station had Republic of Letters on in the morning with some beer and sushi tasting in the afternoon and today they had Get Back Loretta and some Hooters girls. There's always something cool happening on air there and the chat room is fascinating.

Anyway, yesterday I won tickets to a Beer/Sake/Sushi tasting happening on Wednesday at the W Hotel, which works out perfectly since I'll be going to see Joseph Arthur at Anthology.

If you're into sake, I highly recommend checking this out. Tickets will run you $50, but for 3 hours of drinking and food, you're sure to get your money's worth. Details below or CLICK HERE for tickets. Natalie and I will be there early- you should be, too.

July 16 - Beer & Sake Festival

Savor the crisp, clean flavors of Japanese and local beer and sake.
Sample delicious Japanese and Asian-fusion delicacies.
