Prevention’s second On the Run event dashes back to San Diego! Join us for a fun 5K, 10K, and - for the first-time! - a ½ marathon run! A 1.5 mile “Mini Mermaid” run for girls ages 6-12 is also on tap for the day, introducing girls to the world of running or power walking.
Attendees are also invited to enjoy a post race expo with Prevention’s Fitness Editor, Jessica Cassity, and featuring running analyses, nutrition consultations, the latest findings in heart disease prevention, and fitness advice from experts; there will also be live music, giveaways, and raffles. This free-to-the-public event is a great way to celebrate your health while soaking in the sights of scenic Mission Bay!
