Starlight Bowl Show: Confusion

I just wanted to apologize if I'm ill-informed about Sunday. I've read that the show is a fundraiser for Starlight Bowl renovations, however the flyer says "Free Entry" as you can see above. I will check it out and see if I can get some answers.

There is a suggested donation of $10. I'll be stopping by for a little bit but my short stay will result in an amount less than suggested.
