Today is the day. Arcade Fire's "Neon Bible" is released today. Also in new releases: Albert Hammond, Jr., !!!, RJD2, Son Volt, and of course, Borat on DVD. If I didn't have plans every night this week, I might just veg away listening to new music. (Wilco's new album has also been leaked on the net if you're really ambitious)

Scratch MayDay. The rumors are now that "MayDay" will not be happening at the Starlight Bowl on Cinco De Mayo weekend, but fret not, my dears, because the show is expected to go on instead the first weekend of June. If you wanna check out the Starlight Bowl, there's a free show this Sunday with several local acts, an art exhibition, a career fair and you get a free Staring At The Sun CD just for showing up.

Lou's Records Announcement: RISE AGAINST TICKETS-If you purchase a copy of the RISE AGAINST album "The Sufferer & the Witness" and the DVD "Generation Lost" you will recieve one free ticket to see them live Tuesday, March 13th at the ipayOne Center with My Chemical Romance. It's cheaper than going to Ticketmaster and buying the ticket by itself. Can't beat that can ya?
