Since I mentioned other local touring bands, I should add that Buddy Akai is playing in Guadalajara this weekend, Modern Rifles are at the Prospector in Long Beach, and Daredevil Jane are playing the Roxy on Saturday. Augustana has just announced a national headlining tour, but as of yet no San Diego dates are planned.

As a public service, I thought I would let you know that Cold War Kids are doing a couple small LA shows, you can buy tickets here. Will we see them in a small venue in San Diego again or is it big time for them?
