Guitarist of The Grams Killed In Auto Accident

San Diego's music community is reeling from the death of Craig Yerkes, lead guitarist of The Grams. The whole story is in the U-T here. The auto accident happened yesterday morning resulting. The band was scheduled to appear at the OB Street Fair at 4:30 pm, which was subsequently canceled. I didn't have the opportunity to know Craig, but I did really enjoy finally seeing the band at the House of Blues just last month. My thoughts are with his friends and family through this difficult time.
