Comments on Street Scene 2007

I have a couple brief things to say about Street Scene (for now):

1. I'm glad I bought my ticket. I am satisfied with the bands. I have seen over half of them live before.
2. I'm glad I bought my ticket in pre-sale. When tickets go onsale on Saturday, they will be $120 plus fees...a whole $27 more than the presale ticket.
3. Did anyone else notice the Street Scene poster has three other bands not mentioned on the official U-T release? Strangely, they all skew in the hip-hop (lite) variety... They are Honeycut, Too $hort, and Gym Class Heroes.
4. I'm glad there aren't "headliners" since I always go for the mid-level bands anyway...Editors, Mutemath, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Elvis Perkins...these make me happy.
