FM 94/9 announced their Independence Jam lineup. Interesting. Independence Jam has MGMT, too. Maybe they can go for the hat trick and play SoCo Music Festival as well.

i caught some of MGMT talking to FM 94/9 people live at Coachella, and one of the things the MGMT guys said was how they want to get in to surfing, and that they were in the water off Long Island for a music video shoot but it just wasn't the same, so its not toooo surprising. hang out in brooklyn where its 53 and cloudy, or come get paid playing festivals in SD where it is 90 and not cloudy...
Nice mix of bands! I'm not big on Flogging Molly, but I bet they'll be fun to see after The Hold Steady and heavy beer consumption.
