St. Patrick's Day (Weekend) Festivities

I just got a call from my sister asking me "what time is the parade tomorrow?" and it occurred to me that for all the events and shows I do post, I'm not very good about all the parades. Blame it on a bad association with green beer and boys, I suppose. Anyway, there are a lot of people who celebrate St. Patrick's Day as a matter of Irish Pride and not just to get completely shitfaced by noon and our city has a huge celebration every year in Balboa Park that is actually quite fun (if you plan for it right with the right dose of comfortable shoes and patience).

With the help of DiscoverSD, here's the information for this year's parade and festival.
